We remain available to assist you with the following family law matters provided that they are not considered urgent/time-sensitive:
- cohabitation agreements
- prenuptial agreements
- separation agreements
- simple/uncontested divorces
No Litigation and no Real Estate Matters
We are not able to assist during this time with:
- real estate files (purchases, sales, mortgages)
- active contested court files or new court applications in family law
- any contested domestic matters
