• survivorship applications (when a joint owner has passed away) 
• transmission applications (which transfer real property to the power of the Executor/Estate Trustee)
• sales of real property (where the owner has passed away)
• title transfers where a beneficiary is taking title to a property, and
• other, related matters such as title transfers to add adult children or spouses to title
